Is this NLP?
Parts of it come from there. Silva is a licensed NLP Master Practitioner, and some of the tools for rapport, state and language are NLP-derived. The program uses them selectively and grounds its claims in exercise psychology, motor learning, motivation research and group dynamics. Where the evidence is thin, the program says so rather than dressing an idea up as a fact.
I teach yoga, not Pilates. Is it for me?
Yes. The examples lean on Pilates first because that is where the cueing complexity is highest, and the method is written to be modality-neutral. Yoga, strength, barre, Lagree, group fitness, mobility and personal training are all in the room. If you teach humans how to move, it applies.
I have taught for fifteen years. Will this be basic?
The founding cohort is deliberately mixed, from first-year instructors to educators who train others. Experienced instructors tend to find the value in the vocabulary and the assessment: putting names on things you already do by instinct, and seeing which of them you stop doing when you are tired.
Do I have to be on camera or attend live?
No. Foundations is self-paced and faceless by design. The founding cohort includes written feedback on two teaching moments, which you can submit as a recording or as a written description of what happened and what you said.
What does the founding cohort get that later students will not?

When does it start?

Is there a refund?
Yes. If the program is not what you expected, write within fourteen days of purchase and you will be refunded in full. Digital tools are refundable within fourteen days as well.
