Who is behind it
Silva, from inside the room.
Silva is a licensed nlp master practitioner and coach. CueState came from years in and around movement studios, on the mat and as a coach, watching instructors with excellent technical training lose a room through language, and quiet instructors assume they needed a different personality when what they needed was range.
The method is deliberately faceless and clearly authored. You will not find a performer at the front of these lessons. You will find an author who has sat in the back of many classes and written down what happened.
Your personality does not need changing. Your range does.
The client should not have to manage the class while taking the class.
Why the name
A cue is the instruction. State is everything it lands in.
State is the condition of the person receiving the cue, the person giving it, and the room they share. Teaching movement well is the management of both at once. The C holds space; the S becomes motion.
